My closest friends have called me Jimmy ever since I could remember.  I was born in Ciudad Obregon, Mexico and come from a very dramatic and passionate Mexican family... in other words, we love to laugh!

I have always jumped around and sang any and every tune I heard. I began dancing at the age of 5 and singing professionally at the age of 10. It was so hard to pick between music and dancing... so I never did! I performed in operas at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra while training in many forms of dance. I received many awards for my dancing including the Dr. Dan Pickard & Rosie Kimple Scholarship.
I danced professionally with several ballet companies including Pacific Northwest Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet, Oklahoma City Ballet, and Ballet Memphis. 

During my third season with Ballet Memphis, I performed in the new musical, MAY WE ALL. The musical led my heart back to singing on-stage. I made the switch to musical theatre and I haven't looked back since.

Since then, I have landed lead roles such as Ariel (Footloose) and Diana Morales (A Chorus Line). I was recently in Sweet Charity at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre and Evita at Bucks County Playhouse. I was a Co-Star on Tina Fey’s ‘Girls5Eva’ on Netflix.

I was recently in MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL 1st national tour (covered the roles of Babydoll and Arabia).

Now I am making my Broadway Debut in TRISHA PAYTAS BIG BROADWAY DREAM!!
